Article I - Faith and Worship
We believe in The One Triune God, The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit, who alone as the one true God, deserves our adoration and worship, who is the Creator of all natural operations and moral principles, where we bind our conservative Creed.
Article II - Truth and Morality
We believe that truth is objective, not based on personal thoughts, and not based on collective agreement; that morality possesses objectivity set forth beyond man; that man must always bind his beliefs, decisions, and ideas on this truth; and that a conservative must hold as one of his highest goals the preservation of the society's moral order, with or without the dictate of the State.
Article III - Church and State
We believe in the distinction of Church and State. That cooperation of the Church and State is necessary to build a strong, moral, and prosperous society. That the practice of faith must be allowed and promoted everywhere without any limit. That The Catholic Church is the foundation and pillar of truth and faith that united the different tribes and ethnicities of the archipelago into one Nation, and gave Filipinos the sense of Filipino Nationalism. That proper moral faith-based education must be given to all academic institutions at all levels to form morally upright students.
Article IV - Sanctity of Life
We believe in the sanctity, and the intrinsic value and dignity of human life--from the moment of its conception up to its natural death; that no external circumstance nor condition can determine or extinguish its intrinsic value and dignity; that the State must ensure the due protection of every person's right to life, property, and liberty; that each human person's rights is limited by where other person's rights begins; that every man has the right to privately own property including reasonable armament for his security and protection; and that State-sanctioned death penalty, under conditions of the current justice system, and fallible judges or jury, does not serve the good and is inadmissible in a just society.
Article V - Human Nature and Morality
We believe that man, by nature, is created good by the omnibenevolent God; that despite becoming flawed in the course of his history, is ought to do good at all times; that all his actions must be ordered in accordance with objective morality; that he is not perfect nor self-sufficient; and that the moral values taught by the Catholic-Christian religion gives the highest moral satisfaction to man's ultimate good.
Article VI - Natural Order and Family
We believe in the necessity of man's total submission to God-ordained natural order of things; that there are only two fundamentally distinct genders: male and female, as dictated by human biology; that no man can ever become a woman nor a woman that can be a man; that both the male and female gender holds equal intrinsic value, dignity, and respect; that motherhood holds the ultimate meaning of womanhood, and that fatherhood is the noblest duty of a man; that marriage only can only satisfy its natural purpose in between one man and one woman; and that the nuclear family is the basic foundation of the society and the State; and that it must be protected, promoted, and sustained for all generations.
Article VII - Limited Government and Free Market
We believe in limited government; that taxation must be just and fair to all working citizens of the State, rich and poor alike; that the general welfare of and protection of all people shall always take precedence in the exercise of power of the government; that free speech, as a natural right and as essential element of a free society, can never be tampered, violated, nor prohibited by any government; that no government has absolute authority over any private individual, or corporation; that a free and moral market must be promoted and sustained; that the totalitarian and atheistic ideologies of socialism or communism must be rejected by the State; that only reasonable regulation of the market and economic initiatives, in keeping with a just hierarchy of values and a view to the common good, is to be commended; and that the right to private property holds an absolute place in the formulation and legislation of any regulatory and economic power of the government.
Article VIII - Creed Supremacy
We believe in the supremacy of this political Creed of the Conservatives of the Philippines; that we are free to hold beliefs, principles, and ideologies beyond but not contrary to this Creed; and that we are bound by principle and by conscience to promulgate its articles with highest honor, dignity, and commitment.
